Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday). For full details, see our Shipping & Delivery page.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Orders over £35 qualify for free standard delivery (2-3 working days). The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we only deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or BFPO addresses.
How is my order packaged?
All orders are shipped in completely plain, unbranded packaging. There's no indication of the contents — even the sender address is neutral. Your privacy is 100% protected.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, all deliveries require a signature from someone aged 18 or over. The courier may request ID if the recipient appears under 25.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return unopened, sealed items in original packaging. For full details, see our Returns & Refunds page.
Can I return intimate products?
For hygiene reasons, sealed intimate products that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned, even within the 14-day cooling-off period. This is permitted under UK consumer law. Unopened, sealed items can be returned.
How do I return an item?
Email us at lushdesires@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number. We'll provide return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for the funds to appear in your account.
Products & Orders
Are your products body-safe?
Absolutely. We only stock products from trusted UK wholesalers. All products meet UK safety regulations and are made from body-safe materials. Product descriptions include material information where applicable.
How do I know what size to choose?
Each product page includes sizing information in the description. If you're unsure, get in touch and our team can help recommend the right size for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at lushdesires@outlook.com. If your order hasn't yet shipped, we can make changes or cancel it. Once shipped, you'll need to return the order per our returns policy.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (for next day orders). Use the tracking link in the email to monitor delivery progress.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. This includes Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
Is it safe to buy from LushDesires?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect all your data.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices displayed include VAT where applicable.You'll see the total at checkout before payment.
Age Verification
Why do I need to verify my age?
We sell age-restricted products, and are required by UK law to verify that purchasers are 18 or over. The age gate appears once and remembers your verification for 30 days.
What happens if I can't verify my age?
If you're having trouble with age verification, please contact us. We'll help verify your age manually. Please note that if we cannot verify you are 18+, we cannot process your order.

Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We are compliant with UK GDPR and take data protection seriously. Your personal information is stored securely and never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Will my package show what's inside?
No. All orders are shipped in completely plain packaging with no indication of contents. The delivery driver, your neighbours, and anyone else won't know what's in your package.
