LushDesires offers fast, reliable UK delivery with complete discretion. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents.

3. Free Shipping Threshold
Orders with a subtotal of £35 or more qualify for free standard delivery (2-3 working days). This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Note: The free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts have been applied.
4. Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. All LushDesires orders are shipped in:
- Plain outer packaging — No logo, branding, or product descriptions visible
- Unmarked box/envelope — Delivery driver and neighbours won't know contents
- Neutral sender address — Shows only our warehouse address, not "LushDesires"
Your privacy is 100% protected.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
- Mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales)
- Northern Ireland
We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or BFPO addresses.
6. Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from dispatch. Next day delivery guarantees arrival the next working day (orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday).
Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number (for next day orders)
- Updates from our delivery partner
You can track your delivery using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
8. Delivery Partners
We use trusted UK courier services including XTrader's delivery network for reliable, trackable UK shipping.
9. Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please:
- Check your tracking information
- Allow 2-3 additional days for standard delivery
- Check with neighbours or anyone at your address
- Contact us at lushdesires@outlook.com if it still hasn't arrived
10. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will:
- Leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery
- Hold the package at a local depot for collection
Please respond to the courier's card within the timeframe specified to avoid the package being returned to us.
11. Age Verification at Delivery
Age 18+ Delivery: All deliveries require a signature from someone aged 18 or over. The courier may request ID if the recipient appears under 25.
12. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot change the address once the order is placed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
