Returns & Refunds Policy

14-Day Returns

We offer a 14-day returns window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original, sealed packaging

Hygiene & Safety

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any opened items.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and peace of mind of all our customers.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence

We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.


How to Request a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in original condition
  • Products returned outside the 14-day window
